About the Instructor
Katherine Barner is a grief and trauma expert, author, speaker, advocate against sexual abuse, and psychotherapist. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has worked in both the secular and Christian sectors of the mental health field for over two decades. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Spelman College and her Master of Education in Counseling from the University of North Texas, and she is a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies student at Grace School of Theology.
